Overall, I'm very satisfied with its performance and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a solid HR solution.

Positive: I really like the user-friendly Interface the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the remote I-9 Verification WorkBright simplifies the I-9 verification process, allowing new hires to complete it remotely.

Negative: While the platform is mobile-friendly, we have heard from some users that they can have difficulties in uploading identification documents and navigating the application process.

Summary: We cannot only onboard remotely but also verify i9 while remaining compliant with the ever-changing requirements, and it is very easy for the candidates to complete.

Positive: The remote I9 verification is a showstopper and it makes onboarding so easy from anywhere is the US!

Negative: I do not have any cons yet it has worked seamlessly so far.

Easy to explain to workforce and the remote i9 was a life saver! I could not imagine not having the i9 option.

Positive: Remote i9 Verification and user-friendly functionality! When asking workers to onboard or complete their i9, it can be complicated but with WorkBright it is beyond simple and very easy for them to do, saving me time!

Negative: I can not think of a single con as of today. WorkBright so far has performed better than I would have ever imagined.

However, it may not be ideal for employees without reliable mobile internet access.

2. Mobile Accessibility: The process is highly mobile-optimized, allowing users to complete the form directly from their phone. This eliminates the need for scanning devices or computers, making it convenient for remote hires or employees who are always on the move.
3. Document Capture: Employees take pictures of both sides of their I-9 documents and upload them instantly. The app ensures that the images are of sufficient quality, reducing the risk of blurry or unreadable submissions.

Summary: Excellent experience and a tremendous improvement in our previous process. WorkBright solves the unique challenges we had hiring seasonally in different departments. Although I am not directly involved in onboarding, it is also clear that the system has helped our paperwork process with new hires, or those whose trainings are out of date.

Positive: Applications are easy to follow even when being reviewed by multiple hiring managers. Notes are easy to input to assist with asynchronous communication.

Negative: The only thing I noticed is that if we have passed on an applicant in one area, moving the application to another department/application pool for other hiring managers to view is a challenge. As is, we must copy the application.

Summary: WorkBright is great! It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Thus is saves me time and allows me to focus on other tasks. I appreciate and strongly recommend WorkBright!

Positive: Makes it easy to view applications and processes. Applicants can submit their applications and paperwork in one place. It’s also easy to keep track of their information and progress.

Negative: Can be difficult to filter at times. I also needed some time to learn how to navigate through.

Summary: Work Bright is a fantastic company with an amazing product. The customer support teams is responsive and helpful.

Positive: Work Bright has revolutionized the on boarding system for our company and saved countless hours and headaches.

Negative: The new paperwork approval page is slow and doesn't always load quickly.

Summary: Overall I find my work done on the WorkBright platform to be seamless and issue free. I highly recommend this platform!

This benefits me by saving time, minimizing errors, and ensuring a smoother and more efficient onboarding experience for new employees.

Negative: I have not have any negative experiences with WorkBright.

Summary: Great product and highly recommend to anyone who does mass hiring and needs to move as quickly as possible.

Positive: Simplified and sped up the work verification process and made getting people to work simple and easy.

Negative: Needs to be translated into other languages like French and Spanish.

Positive: Used to I would have to go looking for the i9 and everify. With this platform I can find them easy and I can assign them in seconds. Best thing we have done as a company.

Negative: None! Literally none!

Summary: Overall, I wish I implemented this sooner. It's so nice to have peace of mind that our I-9s are being handled the right way!

Positive: - incredibly easy to manager
- all I do is input first name, last name, and email, and WorkBright takes it from there to ensure remote I-9 verification is done compliantly and in a timely manner

Negative: - I wish it integrated with our other systems. Right now it is separate, but really not a dealbreaker for me.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend WorkBright for the I-9 function, especially for fully remote organizations. The cost was very competitive, it is easy to use from both an employee and administrator perspective, and the optical reading technology really does help to cut down on errors. The in-person verification (using location technology) is a game changer for our organization.

Positive: WorkBright's system is very easy to use from both an employee perspective as well as on the admin side as well. The dashboard and reports are easy to use. The in-person verification by an authorized representative (trusted family member or friend over age 18) is a game changer for us as a fully remote organization.

Negative: I wish that the automated reminder emails, etc would use the employee's preferred name instead of legal name but that might be accomplished if our org purchased the full onboarding module as opposed to only purchasing the I-9 standalone module.
