Summary: Extremely happy with the integration achieved. I think it is a way for Aspire users to gain a CRM with many more capabilities.

Positive: Impressive ability to connect Aspire and HubSpot for the critical data that we needed to sync.
Great sales team and support staff; they took their time to understand our needs and tailored an amazing solution.
Aspire and HubSpot got a great synergy thanks to MindCloud.
Very reasonable price.

Negative: Can't think of any negative issue. Overall experience is great.

Summary: Javier & Jamie have been great to work with. They have been very understanding of our high and immediate "demands". The system they have developed is very user friendly allowing us to easily run a flow when needed in between the scheduled runs. We are in the process of setting up many more flows with them to further allow our business to move better and faster with less double entry.

Positive: We hire Mind Cloud to convert our API workflows from another company. They were able to review all our existing documentation and build the majority of the flows without additional meetings etc. So we were able to not start from scratch again. They have been very responsive, when we have changes to flows or errors on a flow. On top of this they re-did some of the logic to make them make better sense and give us a faster result on many flows.

Negative: Due to them using existing documentation, they made a few judgement calls without consulting us, that caused a slight delay in our go live date. It overall finished 2 weeks before our anticipated date which was great. It would have been better to ask us before assuming a change in a flow.

Summary: Our experience has with the program and with the team has been great. We would make the same decision again and would encourage others to talk with MindCloud about their process.

Positive: Programming the flow of data between any two systems is time-consuming. It is essential to understand your data and have a vendor that also understands. the MindCloud team is great at listening and understanding what is needed between many different systems.

Negative: Again, the process is time-consuming and can't be rushed. We were under a time crunch, but we were able to meet the deadline with the team's expertise.

Summary: I'd recommend MindCloud to anyone looking to integrate and automate. If it's a repetitive process between systems you're likely paying too much to do it manually or going through daily headaches. Jamie and team helped us offload manual csv processes and also build new complex API integrations to expand our business.

Positive: Easy, Fast, and Fairly Priced. Jamie and his team understood our requirements and quickly got to action with our integrations. We started with one small project but ended up doing over a dozen integrations with MindCloud. They communicated well with us but also with the 3rd party we were integrating with, keeping the projects on track. Our projects ranged from simple SFTP connectivity to a more complex gift card management system.

Negative: Because we had a lot of custom work the UI wasn't as useful for us. Additionally, some of our integrations were test channels and different suppliers that we weren't sure how they would pan out for our business, the ones that didn't work out ended up costing more overall.

Summary: Highly enjoyable experience working with MindCloud. 10/10 recommend. It's not just the quality of the product but the ease of communication with the team that made the difference.

Positive: Highly committed to exemplary customer service and takes great pride in their work. Accountable to deadlines and ensures a successful result. Great energy and a real pleasure to work with.

Negative: Nothing to say here.

Summary: Lucky me I found them before the advent of the Open A.I. revolution. Now I have a guide in the wilderness who will not abandon me to the Tech Tangle.

Positive: Our real estate brokerage industry relies on collaging together different applications to enable functionality. And now with A.I. in the mix, we have ratcheted up the stress, running fast to stay ahead of the curve. MindCloud team makes us feel like there is nothing they cannot solve. They will look at any application and find the workaround to ensure our activity is expedited and seamless.

Negative: No cons. We believe they are committed to continuing to provide amazing service and a personal touch - we look forward to their scale-up.

Summary: I loved working with MindCloud! Jaime & David are absolutely awesome. I have to work will many Third-party contractors on a regular basis in my role, and MindCloud has been the best experience by far. Our work ethic and communication styles align in such a way that makes the entire process seamless & enjoyable. They are extremely savvy, efficient, and generally on top of it, but also personable & transparent. I genuinely loved doing business with them, not only because their service is great, but so is the rapport we’ve built. We had a very aggressive timeline after a bad experience with a previous company, and they were able to take over, get started immediately, and create a solution for us. They are responsive and organized; they are not a company that you need to ask twice to do something. They have truly been life-savers for us & our business!

Negative: * It’s hard for me to think of any cons; any issues with our integrations are fixed relatively quickly after the concern is raised. Our company’s current state of automation would not be possible without MindCloud.

Summary: I definitely want to take a moment to share how delighted we have been with MindCloud. I came to them with very specific requirements and a very aggressive timeline to move off another iPaaS solution before an upcoming renewal. Jamie and rest of the team were so easy to work with. We got the integration done ahead of schedule and working better than it did on the old platform. I'm already thinking of the other projects they can help me on!

Positive: Very easy to work with. Completed ahead of schedule and their support afterwards has been exemplary. It's like having my own internal development team to help me scope, design and build the integrations I need to run our operations. DC- you are my hero!

Negative: None. My biggest regret is using other iPaaS platforms for my integration needs and wasting time and money on them.

Summary: I've had great experiences collaborating with Jamie and his team at MindCloud. They are prompt with their responses and willing to find streamlined solutions to complex problems.

Negative: We operate in a different time zone than their office, but I haven't had issues planning meetings around this issue.

Summary: I have worked with the MindCloud team and I was impressed with the level of support and excellency they put in their work. I genuinely appreciate how they adapted their schedule and process to accommodate our needs. MindCloud helped us deliver our market analysis project on time by making a streamlined integration with target platforms. Other tools certainly exist but they are either too complex or hard to navigate most of the time. MindCloud is the right product that perfectly fits our needs. Not to mention the degree of support you get with it.

Positive: Having a direct connection with the team makes the experience so unique compared to when using other off-the-shelf products. You get immediate attention upon any assistance requests. The product is doing what is expected with minimum to no latency. I have had worse experience with other more popular products that eventually under performed. That is why we looked for other tools until we found MindCloud. Not to mention, it turns out to be more cost effective for our needs.

Negative: They were moments where we missed some data but it appeared to be a misconfiguration on our side. MindCloud were actually able to intercept the disconnection and proposed to update our settings on our behalf. The team in MindCloud is proactively monitoring our account which is very assuring. Other than that, I do not recall having experienced anything negative.

Summary: Everyone at MindCloud understands their goals, and works together to get those things completed on time.

Positive: I've been working with MindCloud for over a year, and they are great people to work with. We are working on upgrading many parts of the website to make it easy to use and understand.

Negative: The time I've spent working with all the guys and girls at MindCloud, I haven't run into any Cons.

Summary: MindCloud has been a godsend. Over time we've invested so much time and energy in monitoring different platforms that are supposed to make our life easier, and to a certain degree they do but there is not one platform that can handle everything we do. With MindCloud this is no longer a problem. They took great care to listen to us, fully understand what we needed and wanted and got to work with their magic. All the time that we used to spend monitoring platforms is now invested into something we value so much more, our clients. Thank you MindCloud.

- No need to have someone monitoring platforms, everything is being taken care of behind the scenes so that we can focus on our customers.

Negative: To be honest the only thing I did not like was that I was not aware of MindCloud sooner.

Summary: Working with MindCloud has been an absolute pleasure. From loading inventory to processing orders, Jamie has helped us automate every part of our ecommerce business. They are very reliable and efficient, would 100% recommend!

Positive: The MindCloud team really cares about the quality of work they produce. With their help we have been able to tremendously scale our business operations. Tasks that would have taken hours to complete before can now be done in seconds with just a click of a button.

Negative: Can't think of any cons as they fix any issues we have with our integrations within moments of requesting support.

Summary: This is the best integration platform out there and is the perfect solution for companies that need integrations but don't want to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on software and IT staff required by the competition.

Positive: MindCloud has been our integration partner for the past year and connected over 15 sites to our Salesforce platform. MindCloud are always available for questions or support. Building new integrations is way faster than the team we used before.

Negative: So far there has been no cons with using the MindCloud Connections platform. Any issues that did come up were rapidly fixed within hours of bringing these up.

Summary: We spent a ton of time selecting the right CRM for our company. Jamie and team consulted with us on our operational usage, advised a plan forward and managed all phases of the implementation and successful launch.

Positive: Everything about Jamie and his team. It is not often you get exactly what is advertised but that is what we got from MindCloud.

Negative: My only con is that I can't find more things to automate : )
