Summary: Nice system for high volume recruiting. We onboard 100's of applicants daily and this system has helped us streamline our process.

Positive: Jobma has helped us streamline our virtual interview process. We can now simply send a link to our large pool of applicants to invite them to create an online interview

Negative: Once in a while the applicants get a glitch and can not create their interview. We do not know if its user error or Jobma. We ask them to send screenshots but its never clear why they are having issues.

Summary: Customer service is fast, knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. Pricing is reasonable as well. Wonderful addition to our recruitment process.

Positive: Love that Jobma saves my team time and energy as we used Jobma to transition from traditional HR Screenings to allowing candidates to complete their interviews on their own time. This has freed up time in our department and allows promising candidates to get in front of hiring managers faster.

Negative: Would like to see a more encompassing integration with our ATS/HRIS system, but that may come in time.

Summary: Very positive. My team loves it and would happily recommend it to anyone looking to improve their initial screening.

Positive: It was really simple to set up and start inviting people in for video interviews. We also got great feedback from our candidates about how easy it was for them to do the interview. It also integrated with Zapier really smoothly.

Negative: Support for regional languages would be great, that's the one thing our candidates have requested. Hopeful to see that in a future update at some point.

Summary: I am using Jobma from previous 1 years and it has transformed my hiring experience at the next level. Now I don’t have to present in real-time when candidates are recording responses. Best of all, Jobma helps me screen a lot of time at the same time automatically that improves quality of in-person interviews and reduce interview time.

Summary: First time using video interviews. I was worried if our candidates would like it but it turned out to be really easy. Had great feedback.

Positive: We were able to remotely interview people with video interviews. Because of the COVID lockdown we couldn't manage face to face interviews. Jobma let us hire people even during the lockdown. Interviews can also be shared by email which was great.

Negative: Live interview recording is not there. They say it is coming soon though.

Summary: I thought it was great! I had done video calls before but the One way stuff was totally new to me. I would definitely like to do more of these next time we hire for our team.

Positive: We used this to hire people for my team and I really liked the one way video interviews. We set up questions with some parameters like how much time do they get to think about the question or how long of a video they can record and then candidates just record a video of themselves answering it. I hadn't used that type of video interviews before, we had live video calls but that is a different thing entirely. I think they were great in find a handful of candidates to move forward in the hiring process. I also liked that we could share those interview videos internally to get feedback.

Negative: I wish there was a simple way to explain to candidates what they needed to do. Some candidates thought we would be jumping on a live video call.
