Summary: I think that owners of this app should be imprisoned for stealing assets. There is no way this KYC blocking was accidental, they steal coins!

Positive: No. Freewallet may seem safe and secure. It has nice interface. But you will lose coins using this app

Negative: Freewallet uses KYC/AML as an excise to block and steal assets At the same time, the support service constantly changes its requirements and ignores the requests of the victim. It is important to note that writing reviews takes time. It is unlikely that the user would have published such comments on the day of the incident. That is, there is a fact of long-term blocking of assets.

Summary: Freewallet is a theft under the guise of a cryptocurrency wallet. Used their wallet for several months, and eventually, after trying to withdraw funds, the account was blocked. Tech support does not respond to my requests. This is just lawlessness! I do not recommend Freewallet to anyone!

Positive: There are none. Total indifference to their customers! 5 BTC stolen Technical support is ignoring inquiries.

Negative: From technical malfunctions to a complete scam!

Summary: This wallet is a disaster. After several successful transactions I deposited more funds and suddenly they disappeared. No notifications, no confirmation. Just my money going nowhere. Silence from support as if they don't exist at all. I'm sure this wallet is only designed to steal money. Total disappointment!

Summary: My experience with Freewallet was a real nightmare. After successfully registering and funding my account, I decided to make an exchange transaction. Result: my account is frozen and support is silent. The verification procedure they talk so much about turned out to be just a trick. Freewallet is not just a wallet, but a nest of fraud!

Summary: Good advice to anyone, stay far away from these FreeWallet. All these binary options, trading and cryptocurrency companies are scams, I lost a huge amount of money because they locked me out of my account. Things have turned out good for me, being that I was able to recover my money thanks to a recovery pro.

Positive: All the pluses were overridden by one huge minus - the theft of my money. Please do not download this scam!

Negative: Scammers, profiteering off other people, impossible to get your funds back without the help of lawyers. Look at the number of complaints against him. Do you want to be in a similar situation? I don't think so

Summary: Terrible!

Positive: Easy to use, just don't forget your pin or password then you will be out of luck. They will not help you get into your account.

Negative: They refuse to export my Bitcoin. They keep giving me the run around. I went on Blockchain and my wallet has a zero balance. They stole my money, I'm in the process of writing the FTC and or agencies to try to get my money.

Summary: Yes Freewallet is a ripoff.
One day my wallet went to 0.
They told me not to worry your money is safe.
In a safe in another country maybe.
I have tried for years to get my money back.
Sending txhash, pictures, Id's, screenshots etc....
Every time it sounds like I will get it straightened out,
it starts all over again with them asking for the same info I already sent them.
I'm sure they don't rip everyone off but they sure do rip some off.
I know now.

Beware.

Positive: Easy to start. You can download and add your money very easily. They will show you that your money is in their wallet.

Negative: Impossible to get your money back. One day your wallet will say $0 and then the fun begins.

Summary: I am very worried. If I were to GOX anyway, I wish I could GOX with DEX or something. I regret about $300.

Positive: My LSK I had left for two years could not be withdrawn and could not be exchanged.

I contacted support and they said that they are in the process of upgrading the LSK system. They said they will respond as soon as possible.

I'm a programmer, and I believe that solving the problem of frozen customer assets is a top priority. Usually, we have a certain schedule to resolve the issue.
However, freewallet has no timetable in sight.

Also, despite the fact that this is such a big problem, there was no announcement on the official Freewallet blog.
It is necessary for a centralized wallet to explain the reason for the problem and how to solve it.

I have the impression that they are using the words "we are working towards a resolution" as an excuse to do nothing.

I'll give it a 1 review unless I know how long it will take to fix the problem.

Summary: Horrible! Still no money!! They take your crypto it disappears and then they give you a run around and charge you to get your money back!

Positive: Nothing at all! I transferred Ethereum for BNB on Changelly and sent it to my Freewallet and it disappeared! Now I have to pay them to get it back and it can take 70 days! Do NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Negative: They stole my money! Then tell me I have to pay to get it back and it can take 60 days!!

Summary: TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE!! One of the worst experiences of being scammed i have ever encountered, just read other sad stories similar to mine.

Positive: I like the way i moved on to another wallet, pity i didn't do it earlier!!
THERE IS NOTHING I COULD SAY POSITIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY, SORRY.

Negative: I initially had Monero GUI wallet but had problem using it with my antivirus so I switched to Freewallet and for several years I increased each month the content of my wallet until which time I wanted to withdraw my funds, sadly I had made an error with my email so I contacted Freewallet who wanted me to provide a plethora of information dragging this on for months and months until I realised I was going in circles and getting nowhere with them so I left it for about a year or so. In the meantime I realized the value of Monero had gone up enormously so I decided to see how much I had in my wallet; problem now is that my wallet has completely disappeared. I immediately contacted Freewallet and until now I have sent around forty email messages all of which have never received a single response, the only things I have received is a multitude of “Your support ticket ID is ******” in fact they have now blocked me from messaging them on their website.
It is more than clear to me that freewallet have stolen my money which was initially only a few thousand dollars but due to the incredible surge in Monero exchange value, my wallet at its peak would ae been almost $90,000. So much for their claims to guard safely your wallet in cold storage.
I have read so may more similar problems where someone else has the seed words or the private key and it’s perfectly clear that the only reason they want this type of control is to steal funds from unsuspecting investors like myself.
It is disgusting that this is allowed to happen. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
I have in the meantime contacted an international lawyer who has advised i report Freewallet and the theft by them to the police.
I have just performed a simple google search on freewallet.org and the first thing that appears so “scam” along with a plethora of cases where in total millions of dollars have been stolen by this despicable company. Be warned folks and stay clear of Freewallet.

Summary: For the last 5 months u/freewallet_org has been blocking my account. I have send them all the requested documentation to verify my account in January, I have contacted them several times and I have waited patiently but still nothing..... Now they claim they are "investigating the sender address from my incoming transactions" and they cannot unblock my account while the investigation is pending (5 months!!!).....

HOWEVER! The transaction can be followed on the blockchain from my bankaccount, via the Dutch crypto exchange u/BTCDirect, to u/Freewallet_org !

I have PROOF that Freewallet has received the ETH from the exchange from which I purchased my ETH. They received it and immediately took the ETH out and stored it into their 'Freewallet Coldwallet" for "save keeping". Its all on etherscan and I have all the documents to proof it!

Freewallet you have my ETH now give me back my account! This is NOT RIGHT!

Positive: NOTHING I thought this was a good company when I started using it in 2017, I was so so wrong and it has been a nightmare since January of this year with zero help or support!

Negative: Worst company ever; they blocked my account for NO reason. I have PROOF to show they are in possession of my crypto but refuse to unblock my account for no reason. I have been waiting 5 months.

Do not ever use this company!
