Positive: Great and user friendly app. Many organisations use this as well. I have used it on multiple sites and just love it for it convenience.

Negative: None, so far it has always been good. Some sites do charge extra service costs which at times is a bit annoying.

Negative: I would say that it wasn't hugely obvious that I was using Eventix, which I suppose is the point if you're branded for a customer's UI.
