Summary: My overall experience has been very positive. I moved from a lotus notes mail client to outlook and i was able to import in archived mailboxes into this system quite easily. I've had to use it a number of time to find different emails some stretching back 15 years and it's never let me down.

Positive: It's very simple to setup. The instructions are clear and concise. Once in place it's set and forget. All existing mailboxes can be added to the archive and any new emails sent or received are stored automatically. It also does a great job of deduping. Any email sent to DL's are only saved once so cuts down on unnecessary storage space.

Negative: The GUI is a bit dated. I think that the search interface could do with a refresh, but apart form that it's hard to fault.

Summary: I would recommend this to any organization that have users who save all or even most of their emails. After encountering a user who had not emptied their deleted folder for over 5 years having a tool like ArcTitan can help them tremendously.

Positive: System is transparent to the user and there is little if anything they are required to do. Search functions are robust and much easier to use than the email client.

Negative: The con I have is not with the software or its functionality but getting end users to understand that you do not have to save every email in the email client anymore. It truly is, in some cases, teaching an old dog a new trick.

Summary: A fantastic product for the price. Well put together and simple to use. Pound for Pound the best business e-mail archiving system I've seen.

Positive: It really is a full featured, highly compliant e-mail archiving product. Simple to set up and once running can be simply left alone to do its thing. Compliance is covered via the built in permissions and authorization workflows, combined with full search logging. Messages are simple to find against a multitude of configurable search options.

Negative: The web GUI looks a little dated but apart from that a fantastic product overall.

Summary: This is by far the best archiving email product we have used and wouldn't dream of using anything else. We have rolled it out to quite a big part of our client base, and if an email archival and retrieval solution is required this is the obvious choice.

Positive: This is extremely easy to setup, and starts archiving within minutes. The user interface is very good, and makes for simple email searches, which can be narrowed down with more and more complex queries. We have used this product since 2015, and it has never not found an email that we have searched for, on any occasion.
The support provided by ArcTitan is professional, quick and always very helpful.

Negative: We have never had any issues with any aspect of this product.

Summary: We have been using ArcTitan for 3 yrs without any issues. it's simple and very effective. We have strict rules on how long we need to keep emails and this platform works perfectly for us.

Positive: Does exactly what it is supposed to. Very easy setup, great support. Shared mailboxes are also protected. Not all archive software includes that.

Negative: Interface is a bit outdated and occasionally can hang during large, detailed searches.

Summary: Good experience with the tool and user interface is very easy to use. Customer support is also good. Whatever query you have they will provide you with an excellent solution.

Positive: Price is good. This tool is good. I would suggest that the user interface is very easy to use.

Negative: Features are quite less as compared to other products.
